Partners who have gained experience working with one or more Grantees for at least one year, are encouraged to join the Follow-On Investment Team (FIT), our evaluation and resource team all for Grants-in-progress.

BC SVP commits to a three-year granting relationship, but all Grantees are evaluated annually by the FIT to ensure they are on track and to help identify new resources. Comprised of experienced Partners, the FIT tracks annual goals, determines where new resources might be needed, and looks for opportunities to further leverage the BC SVP network for the benefit of each Grantee.
